Passage Way
ONLY THE LIGHT
This collection of images has no single source of influence. Maybe I was listening to too much Tom Waits, channeling W. Eugene Smith, or attempting to pay homage to Stieglitz. I truly don’t know, but please enjoy!

CONDUITS
My objective with this body of work was to convey the concept of movement by photographing structures that allowed for the flow of air, electricity, natual gas, and water.

ON THE ROAD TO NEEDMORE
This body of work is still in process. It was a result of getting lost on the first day of Trout fishing, the year after my father passed away. When I discovered where I was, it turned out to be Needmore, PA.
Swank Building
SHADOWS OF A CITY
These few images are from a body of work that was started in New Orleans and then finished in Pittsburgh through a grant from the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts. I wanted to (or needed to) photograph images of a time gone by.
Suspended #9
SUSPENDED
I’m not sure when the need to photograph fire escapes occurred, or what prompted it, but from this process emerged an expression of the action of being suspended. Maybe it is an attempt to capture the potential for motion, or how we hang on to our points
